Caitlin is a key piece of the next generation of Canadian hockey. She began her collegiate career with the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs, earning NCAA Rookie of the Year honours. At the 2023 and 2024 IIHF World Women's U18 Championships, she broke multiple records, including goal-scoring, which was previously held by Marie-Philip Poulin.
