What We Collect

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, topic and message. When you visit the site, your IP address and basic browser details are processed by Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Sanity (photos) and Google (YouTube thumbnails).

How We Use It

We use this information only to reply to you and to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell personal information.

Who Sees It

The staff handling your enquiry, and the providers above plus Google Workspace, our email. Some providers and staff are outside Canada, including in the US, where authorities may be able to access it. We also disclose information where the law requires.

How Long We Keep It

As long as we need it to respond, and no longer than two years.

Your Choices

If you’d rather not use the contact form, you can email contact@3gsportsltd.com instead, which avoids the spam check.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to reply. You can also complain to BC’s privacy commissioner at oipc.bc.ca.
