Alina is a three-time Olympian, winning the bronze medal at 15 after scoring the game-winning goal and becoming the youngest person to medal in Olympic ice hockey history. At the 2018 Olympic Games, Alina was named the tournament's Best Forward. She is a three-time Swiss Hockey Woman of the Year, Northeastern's all-time leading scorer, and was the third overall selection in the 2024 PWHL Draft.
